Refund Policy

Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial of our Enterprise plan with all add-ons enabled. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account automatically downgrades to the Starter plan. No charge is ever made without your explicit consent.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a new paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a 20% discount (equivalent to 2 months free). If you cancel within the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund. After 30 days, we will refund the remaining unused months on a prorated basis.

Add-Ons

Premium add-ons follow the same refund policy as the base subscription. Add-ons can be added or removed at any time, with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle.

Downgrades

When downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier, you retain access to higher-tier features until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the difference.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct any billing mistakes promptly.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at accounting@worktrac.io with your account email and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account and restore all data. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. You may request a data export at any time before deletion.
